1) You can make your payment with any bank credit card on the payment page.
2) You can take advantage of our online single payment or online installment options for any credit card with your credit cards on our site. In your online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.
3) Return of Order Fee
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Morrie Marr Reklam Film Müzik Production Limited Şirketi returns the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you are required to report your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company.
4) Delivery
We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by PTT cargo company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest.
You can consult our customer representative and discuss different delivery terms. There is also now available for cargo deliveries to Turkey borders alone.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this at the end of the payment page.
In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.
We have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as much as the customer for the delivery.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.
After the delivery of the product, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report you have prepared to merch@morriemarr.com as soon as possible.
If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

1) Ödemenizi ödeme sayfasından herhangi bir banka kredi kartı ile yapabilirsiniz.
2) Sitemiz üzerinden kredi kartlarınız ile her türlü kredi kartınıza online tek ödeme ya da online taksit imkânlarımızdan yararlanabilirsiniz. Online ödemelerinizde siparişiniz sonunda kredi kartınızdan tutar çekim işlemi gerçekleşecektir. Muhtemel sipariş iptali veya stok sorunları nedeniyle sipariş iptallerinde kredi kartınıza para iadesi 3 iş günü içerisinde yapılacaktır.
3) Sipariş Bedeli İadesi
Siparişlerinizin olası sebeplerle iptali durumunda; Morrie Marr Reklam Film Müzik Prodüksiyon Limited Şirketi üç iş günü içerisinde ürün bedelini hesabınıza ve/veya kredi kartınıza iade eder. Ancak, banka hesap bilgilerinizi ve/veya kredi kartı bilgilerinizi doğru ve eksiksiz olarak şirketimiz finans yetkililerine bildirmeniz gerekmektedir.
4) Teslimat
Sipariş etmiş olduğunuz ürünleri aynı gün kargoya teslim etmeye gayret ediyoruz. Temini zaman alan ürünler için kargo teslim süresi ürün detayında belirtildiği gibi 3 iş günüdür. Gecikmesi muhtemel teslimat durumunda size bilgi verilecektir.
Ürün teslimatının aksamadan gerçekleştirilebilmesi için lütfen gün içinde bulunduğunuz yerin adresini teslimat adresi olarak bildiriniz.
Talepleriniz sipariş sonunda belirlemiş olduğunuz teslimat tipine göre hazırlanmak üzere işleme alınacaktır. İstanbul merkezli şirketimizden ürünler PTT kargo firmasıyla gönderilecektir. Siparişleriniz onaylandıktan sonra en geç 2 (iki) iş günü sonunda Kargo firmasına teslim edilir.
Müşteri temsilcimize danışarak değişik teslimat şartları konusunda görüşebilirsiniz. Ayrıca kargo teslimatları şimdilik yalnıza Türkiye sınırları için geçerlidir.
5) Ödeme Takibi
Söz konusu sistem herhangi bir sorun nedeni ile işlemi gerçekleştiremiyorsa ödeme sayfası sonucunda ziyaretçimiz bu durumdan haberdar edilmektedir.
Belirtilen adreste herhangi bir hata durumunda teslimatı gerçekleşemeyen sipariş ile ilgili olarak siparişi veren ile bağlantı kurulmaktadır.
Ziyaretçimiz tarafından belirtilen e-posta adresinin geçerliliği siparişin aktarılmasını takiben gönderilen otomatik e-posta ile teyit edilmektedir.
Teslimatın gerçekleşmesi konusunda müşteri kadar kredi kartı sistemini kullandığımız bankaya karşı da sorumluluğumuz söz konusudur.
Lütfen dikkat ediniz!
Sevkiyat sırasında zarar gördüğünü düşündüğünüz paketleri, teslim aldığınız firma yetkilisi önünde açıp kontrol ediniz. Eğer üründe herhangi bir zarar olduğunu düşünüyorsanız kargo firmasına tutanak tutturularak ürünü teslim almayınız.
Ürün teslim alındıktan sonra kargo firmasının görevini tam olarak yerine getirdiği kabul edilmektedir.
Ürün hasarlı ise: Hazırlamış olduğunuz tutanağı en kısa zamanda merch@morriemarr.com mail adresine bildiriniz.
Bu işlemleri gerçekleştirdiğiniz takdirde paketinizle ilgili çalışmalara başlayarak, en kısa zamanda teslimatın tekrarlanmasını sağlayacağız.
